Shipping of Made-to-Measure Items

At Malesa we prioritise quality and precision to make items that are perfectly fitted to you and your needs. Although our production process is a time consuming one, we do our very best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible.

Order Timeline

We aim to complete all orders within 7-14 days since receiving them. The exact production time depends on the complexity of the piece and availability of materials. Our process is:

Step 1: Personalisation and sewing. Each product is handmade individually according to your measurements and needs by skilled seamstresses.

Step 2: Quality control. Before being packed, each piece goes through a rigorous quality check to ensure it’s made to the highest quality standard.

Step 3: Shipping. Finally, each order is carefully packed and prepared for shipment.

Delivery times

Shipping within Poland takes about 2-3 working days, depending on the shipping method you select and your exact destination.
